At The Noble Friend, the ordering process is deliberately simple and clearly structured:

3. Complete order: Select style, size, and optionally a frame, then complete your order.

4. Digital preview: You will receive a digital preview before printing.

5. Approval & Production: After your approval, your pet portrait will be printed.

Delivery time for framed pet portraits – When will you receive your artwork?

The delivery time consists of several steps:

• Creative design: Your artwork will be digitally created within approx. 48 hours of ordering.

• Digital preview: As soon as you approve the preview, printing begins.

• Printing & shipping:

  • For Pop Art N°1 & N°2: approx. 7 working days until you receive your framed portrait.

  • For the Minimalist Style: approx. 4–6 working days after approval.

Allow some time for special occasions – especially during holidays or gift-giving seasons.

Multiple animals in one pet portrait

You can feature multiple animals in one artwork. However, please note that a small surcharge applies for each additional animal, and a horizontal format is often more suitable.

Changing an order after placement

If you change your order within 30 minutes after completion, The Noble Friend can usually still make the adjustment. After that, changes are usually no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Since each portrait is custom-made, regular returns are excluded. However, you can cancel within the short processing time.
