Special notes on custom-made products

Our products are custom-made based on the photos of your pet that you provide. For this reason, returns are generally excluded. (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB)

After we receive your order, we generally begin processing the artwork 30 minutes later. If we receive an email within this period requesting cancellation of your order, the order will of course be canceled.

If processing has already begun, the artwork will be completed and provided to you in digital form. In this case, we will charge a flat fee of EUR 75, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The following cancellation policy remains unaffected and applies within the statutory framework.

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
