Having grown up with dogs, hamsters, birds, and fish, pets have always been a grounding part of my life. They are companions and confidants – often nobler in their nature than humans themselves.

My name is Christian, founder of The Noble Friend. My proximity to the art world and my personal relationship with animals led to the creation of this brand. A pet portrait can be more than a standardized print: It captures the animal's character, is produced on high-quality fine art paper, and unfolds its effect in a suitable frame.

The Noble Friend bridges contemporary art and the special relationship we have with our pets. Currently, I find inspiration most readily in the Pinault Collection at the Bourse de Commerce in Paris.
